She has led HR strategy for corporate startup launches inside Fortune 100 organizations, guided enterprises through mergers and acquisitions, and architected nationally recognized programs that strengthened workplace culture and earned external recognition. Her work spans healthcare, energy, and academia, with deep specialization in startups and change management.
For more than a decade, Yolanda led human resources across multiple divisions of a major engineering and construction enterprise. Based at the corporate level as Director and Senior HR Business Partner, she concurrently led HR for the company’s craft division and built the HR function for a fabrication startup from the ground up. This work, spanning an established corporate enterprise and a new startup division at the same time, became part of the foundation for the TRUST Framework™.
These experiences shaped the TRUST Framework™, Yolanda’s proprietary methodology for diagnosing trust breakdowns and architecting the leadership systems that drive retention, performance, and culture at scale.
